KundaDance Session and Wild Swim

Join Eva for free hour-long KundaDance® session on Talmine beach followed by a cooling wild swim with North Coast Wet N Wild. KundaDance® is an uplifting, cardio, dance workout. It’s a creative movement class combining Kundalini Yoga, Thai Chi and Qi Gong. But most of all it's really FUN! A wild dip is the ideal way to cool off after the session, and this is a great opportunity to experience the many health benefits that come with cold-water immersion. We recommend coming wearing swimwear underneath your clothes, as there are no indoor changing facilities at the beach.
