Natalie brings a background in customer experience, coaching, and team development, with years of experience designing and delivering training in a fast-paced corporate start-up. With a degree in Applied Psychology and a counselling qualification, she’s passionate about making learning accessible, engaging, and meaningful.

Originally from Paisley, Natalie moved to Inverness in late 2024 with her partner, young daughter and two dogs, then quickly fell in love with the Highlands.

She joined the Hub to get stuck into local life, support communities, and to help make learning feel inspiring (never boring!)
