Katie Andrews
Highland Good Food Partnership

Katie Andrews brings a geography background and a deep-rooted passion for climate resilience to her role at the Highland Good Food Partnership.

Her journey began with grassroots community projects addressing climate change, which naturally evolved into a focus on biodiversity and nature restoration across the Highlands.

Katie sees good food as a powerful connector—linking people, place, and purpose. She believes that building a sustainable, local food system is essential to strengthening community resilience in the face of climate challenges.

Since joining HGFP as a Trustee in 2021, she has served as Secretary and now leads as Chair, a role she’s held for over a year. Katie is committed to celebrating the synergy between food and nature,  and driving forward collaborative action for a thriving Highland future
