Our Right to Food: Highland food prices and availability

Nourish Scotland are looking for volunteers to help collect local information about the price and availability of fruit and vegetables in different shops and locations across the Highlands in early November. This is part of the Our Right to Food project, which is exploring the accessibility of foods that keep us healthy and well.

Who? Anyone can be a Community Researcher. We are looking for volunteers who are:

  • Able to attend two online workshops (2-3pm, Thursdays 3rd and 24th November)

  • Able to collect information in Highland about food prices and availability in early November (we will supply the materials!)

The workshops will be a time to prepare for collecting the local information and to discuss the results as a group. Each volunteer will be able to claim up to £40 in expenses for their involvement.

How to register: If you are interested, please register for the first workshop here by 2nd November.
