How to Equip Children for an Uncertain Future - Online Workshop

  • North Highland & Islands Climate Hub 1 Rotterdam Street Thurso, Scotland, KW14 8AA United Kingdom (map)

The Lairg & District Learning Centre is joining forces with Big Dreams, Little Footprints on January the 27th at 7PM for an Online Workshop on 'How to Equip Children for an Uncertain Future'.

This is an hour long session aimed to help parents talk to their children about climate change in a simple, fun and empowering way. The Climate Crisis is often a difficult topic to discuss, especially with children. Now more than even children are becoming anxious about the future of our planet. The session will be led by Anya Hart Dyke, the author of ‘Our throwaway society – raising children to consume wisely’.
