Ardgay Community Market

  • Carron Place Ardgay IV24 3BQ United Kingdom (map)

Ardgay Community Hall are very excited to be running their very first community market. The markets are running as a pilot this year to find out what will work and how they can increase the availability of local foods and crafts.
This year, the markets are from 10am to 12 noon on the second Saturday of the month from July to October (apart from August when the traditional flower & veg show takes place, so our market is on the 1st Saturday).

Details of each market can be found here!

All of the markets will have food and local handmade crafts as well as various community tables to help keep things local. Like; sharing food from the gardens, and recycling at our bring and buy and book tables.

Each market has a special theme too, Sat 8th July - Local Author Book Launch. Who’s That Snoring? RKJ Adams (Ruth) will be reading from her brand new book and helping the children enjoy the story which goes on a journey finding various animals and insects. (The book is aimed at children 3-7 year old’s.)

Following the reading, there’s a bookmark making activity.
And of course you can sit and enjoy a cuppa and chat too.

To book a table please email Donna
