DSL Business Finance Ltd (DSL), part of the CEIS Group, has been providing access to finance for businesses and social enterprises in Scotland who are generally unable to access this from mainstream sources since 1993. 

Based in Govan, Glasgow, they have a team of Loan Officers able to cover all of Scotland and have provided loan funding to clients in all 32 Local Authority areas. 

While the vast majority of lending has been to start-up and growing business, they continue to actively lend to the social enterprise segment of the market.
