Becoming a Sustainable Space

The Highlands & Islands Climate Hub is pleased to offer its members who operate community spaces, support to implement sustainable practices and be part of a network of organisations committed to creating climate conscious communities across the region. 

Each organisation’s route to becoming a Sustainable Space will be unique, dictating different approaches, plans & implementations. The Hub has complied a vast range of resources to equip community groups with a strong understanding of the avenues available to them.

Community groups can explore these options independently, or with support from their local Development Officer.

As a Sustainable Space you’ll have the opportunity to engage with events and interactive workshops.
