Ashleigh is our Graduate Apprentice, based in the Caithness area. Having grown up in Thurso, she is delighted to stay in the beautiful Highlands with the opportunity to work for the Hub alongside studying Business Management!

Whilst taking part in the Young Enterprise Company Programme, Ashleigh saw the strength of the Highlands & Islands in pioneering new initiatives, and this sparked her interest in promoting entrepreneurship in communities.  She flourishes when utilising creativity to inspire community-led climate action, and empowering young people to take a stance against social injustices.

Outside of work, Ashleigh is usually found baking up a storm, scrapbooking, or planning her next travel adventure!
